When the value of a purchase order or contract is expected to be $100,000 or greater and there is a possibility for subcontracting, UT System requires that the supplier complete a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Subcontracting Plan.
HUB Subcontracting Plans submissions are required as part of the formal solicitation process. For other types of procurements, the Office of Contracts and Procurement will determine if an HSP is required and contact the supplier in order to have one completed.
