Changes to Existing Degree Programs

UT System health institutions are required to request Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) approval to make changes to an existing program. THECB also provides a form for semester credit hour changes and guidance related to changes in existing programs about whether a request should be submitted as a change request or as a new program request.

Please submit changes to existing programs and related documents using the appropriate forms to Eric Solberg at esolberg@utsystem.edu. Upon approval by the Executive Vice Chancellor, the request will be submitted to the THECB.
